Select the System email account that you would like to Monitor
Note: This could be applied to more than one System email accounts that you have configured in ServicePRO. 
 Please see how to configure multiple System Email Accounts.

-  You can either Choose "All Users" or "Users not in ServicePRO Database" options to create non existing users in ServicePRO Database. 
 - Settings section is referring to ServicePRO User settings from Manage Users
